[Entertainer 1-for-1 Mains Promo]
Had been eyeing this restaurant on Entertainer lately and got the chance to for a birthday celebration. Interior was beautiful and cosy, perfect ambience for a date.

We started off with their signature Olive Spheres, which was an intense burst of olive juices. Then came the Hummus Salad ($20) and Pita Bread ($12). The hummus was delicious, and the bright flavours of the tomatoes and grapes contrasted nicely with the nutty hummus. Don't forget the pita bread to mop it up with! But thought the hummus portion could have been a tad bt more generous. As for the mains, we were very taken with the Blue Shrimps Rice ($52) -- shrimps were fresh and so flavourful, and the rice was rich and creamy (but do share because it can get very cloying). However, we did not like the Duck Breast ($52) as the meat tasted too gamy and chewy; the sweet glaze also didn't quite work well with the duck, almost like an inferior chinese sweet glaze. The potato puree was so good though, so rich and buttery. Ended off the meal with the famous cheesecake which was as intense, creamy, and rich as I remembered it. All in all, a great meal!
