Negitoro Don made of Fatty Tuna & Scallions - if not for the fact that I love Fatty Tuna (fatty tuna for the win 🙌🏼), I would say (I would still say) this was only mediocre.

Wagyu + Foie Gras Don that I actually found more tasty than the Truffle Barachirashi!

Truffle Barachirashi (say whaaaat?) yes, it's truffle, i said.

this is what they call the "Ultimate Roll" 🍣 maybe it's becos they've got Fatty Tuna, Uni and Salmon Roe but so what?
