Today we had the she’s risotto (background) and the Ro Ppong-Roje (foreground)! Ro Ppong-Roje is a creamy tomato based Jjamppong, or Korean Chinese noodles. Filled with seafood such as prawns, squid and mussels, and topped off with a generous serving of mozzarella cheese. The tomato base was a really nice touch as it made the meal more balanced and not too overwhelming. Really tasty and have had this twice in the both times I was here.
She’s risotto is a take on the singaporean chilli crab. With a soft shell crab served upon a bed of rice in sweet and spicy sauce, it was a really nice dish on a whole and would definitely be back for more. Got both dishes at a 1-for-1 promotion!
