Mud Crab with ginger & spring onion are always an awesome combo. With egg noodle underneath soaking up the sauces, just a devine dish that I grow up with in HK. Since I am a kid, the noodle is always my highlight, rather than mud crab. Still is too haha. I am a kid!

Lamb Pot. Another Chinese traditional winter dish. I often scoop the soup (aka sauces) with rice. Don't you love the Chinese invention! 😍
