Jurong Kechil is already home to so much good food, see Bukit Timah Market and Food Centre, Al-Azhar, Al-ameen, BTK, Revelry, Udders, Carpenter and Cook.
But this post is about a cafe before the war zone. CATfeine opened in May this year and I thought the name just scream cats and kitties, though none in sight.

They were sold out of the Honey Lavender ice cream which I intend to pair with my Honey B order of a waffle with whipped cream, slabs of butter, a scoop of sea salt caramel ice cream and sprinkles of speculoo cookie dust (who uses crumbs anymore 🙄) The seafood shepherd pie is so rich with mussels, clams, prawns, octopus that I wished there was more potato, not complaining, okay maybe a slice of bread might help.
