Red Wine Mi Sua [RM12]
✨: Was lucky enough to come on a Saturday when Ah Muk serves their red wine mi sua (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)! A slightly intimidating red colour at first glance, but with an absolutely delightful flavour. The broth is appetizingly acidic and is soaked up by the soft noodles. I can’t be a good judge of whether or not -- serves up a good bowl, though, as I have no comparison. Also tried their house-made garlic vinegar that added a refreshing garlicky twang to anything you have it with. Definitely would say I’m a fan.
Someone from Sitiawan (looking at you @eealynlee and @lyshen1234) please make me a bowl so I know what the good stuff is, please.
