We ordered the Tiger Prawn Laksa Pasta, truffle fries and Truffle Chicken Ballotine. While the first two dishes are of familiar flavours, it was the Ballotine that took home the win. Innovative yet with flavours that come together, the chicken smeared with butternut mousseline, black truffle and cabbage is a bite that should not be missed when visiting this establishment. The emulsion of flavours this bite has is definitely a unique but pleasant one.
