Light, refreshing and something else.. a breakaway from the traditional Phò as any first time traveler would look for in Ho Chi Minh city, this simple but seemingly complex noodle dish will leave you feeling satisfied instead of full. With a simple yellow version of the handmade flat chinese noodles mixed with traditional fresh produce u get in every other vietnamese dishes such as mint, cilantro, bean sprouts and scallions, then topped with prawns, smoked pork belly and a supposed crouton which was more like crackers with a hint of sesame seeds, finishing it with a douse pork broth enough to be able have a bit of a slurp while enjoying the party of ingredients..truly worth the 20 minute travel to the outskirts of HCM just to have this for breakfast..There you go folks..What I deem as my first Burpple worthy post 😊
