[Shi Fu Ge Salted Egg Fish Skin] The fish skins were beautifully deep fried to a perfect crisp and they had a resounding crunch too.

Fresh tasting, not overly salty or oily. Curry leaves lent a lovely fragrance. I was delighted to see lots of salted egg yolk bits at the bottom of the container. Seemed like 真材实料 - real salted egg yolk, not the powder or artificial type. Definitely worth splurging your calories on. Price: S$12.90 per 250g bottle (gross weight).
