Previously I was so dissappointed because the Satay bee hoon stall will usually closed early when the stall owner finished their ingredient I didn"t get the chance to eat. Finally I get to eat with my friend @chuavernon. I waited for abt 45 min to 1 hours just for a plate of satay bee hoon & Cuttlefish KangKong. The Stall used to be located East Road. The Stall was crowned Street Food Master in 2007. I can say the stall owner take pride in making their Satay Gravy Sauce they do not serve their gravy to Customer when it is cold. The satay gravy is Perfectly Balance Sweet spicy savory nutty & yet smooth. The Stall owner Blanced the bee hoon & leave it wet enough to further smoothen the gravy when it is poured onto the beehoon. The Cured Cuttlefish is done perfectly neither hard nor soft. The Cockles Fresh Lean Pork & Prawn are fresh & done perfectly. The Satay Beehoon Price Range is frm $3.50 ,$4.50,$5.50
