Good dough done right with @chuand.co 🤤

They had a really great lineup of bakes over the counter, with the assortment leaving one spoilt for choice! I went with my gut feel of a good pairing and landed with the (a) broccoli, red onion, mozarella & cilantro sauce sourdough bun, and (b) rhubarb-raspberry & pistachio roll.

The savoury bun is to-die for, with a nice balance of flavours between the different ingredients. I’d seen many posting about the rhubarb overpowering the pistachio in the roll, and it’s quite true. Maybe it would be more tangible if pistachio paste was rolled as a layer through the dough (but maybe that’s just me tryna be fancy). I still thoroughly enjoyed them, and will defo be back for more😚
