Thanks to @whatjeanneats who introduced me to this delicious bowl of awesomeness 😀 Each donburi costs just $9.90, but they give decent amount of fresh salmon slices and you get to choose between yuzu brown rice, udon noodle, or salad.

See, the salmon sashimi @whatjeanneats ordered comes with avocado and a mountain of tobiko 😝 I opted for salmon mentaiko with yuzu brown rice and loving it so much. Lots of nicely seared mentaiko drizzled over my rice and salmon 😋 I can't stop digging for the rice which stickiness is just perfect. Though the yuzu was quite absent for me, that's not a problem for me. Mentaiko gives full flavor to the rice already 😍

I had so much fun and it's really nice to meet her. She's remarkably friendly and bubbly. Let's meet again some time! 😁
