To be honest, the seasonal Umi Tendon ($23++) is so chock full of seafood that I can’t even tell which one is which. There’s Harima oysters, Hokkaido scallops, ama-ebi (sweet shrimp), ikura (salmon roe), king crab stick, dory fish and so much more. This one pictured here is snow crab (I think)! The flesh is truly snow white, and soft and tender, with a subtle sweet flavour of the sea. Highly recommended! The Umi Tendon is a limited edition special, so get it before it’s too late!
