Have tried this grilled Saba Don at kushiya@West gate. It is freshly grilled taken and grilled with kushiya sauce. The fish is tendered, juicy and with a smoky fragrance. You won't get this taste anywhere else.The crunchy kimchi strike a balance who really don't like a grilled food.
