Mhk is the doughy type, it comes in large pieces that are hand torn - smooth and thinner at the ends, thicker and more doughy in the middle. The doughy type is not my fav, but I still like that it had a handmade quality to it. Ikan bilis is crunchy even when soaked, and has a smoky taste! Soup is p tasty, it had the freshness of the pork and the added flavour from the egg. Pork is v lean, not v tender but not tough either, just that it has a bit of 腥味. Prawns were v fresh and large! Not overcooked.

Overall I liked it, the soup is the highlight for me! Didn’t mind that I had to queue for about 30 mins, but if I had known I would only choose to eat it if the waiting time was <15 mins.
