贊！Really authentic HK style comfort food. The type that gives your tummy that warm fuzzy feeling. The minced beef well is virtually unlocatable was my first impression. And having seen how good their signature 王子炒飯 Mentaiko fried rice when it was served in the next table, I was beginning to regret. But as soon as you take the first spoonful, you will be overwhelmed by that beefy flavour. The rice is also grainy, retaining the fullness (hardness) of frying rice raw. Only criticism would be its a tad oily, but that's how authentic 熱炒 would be. Really pleased to have tried this place. It's a gem!
