Penne Pasta with Ementhal Cheese and Italian Seasoning — I actually botched this experiment with the ementhal cheese.

Dangit!

I think I accidentally made a variation of Aglio Olio Fusilli due to my limited ingredients in the pantry forcing me to make a purely vegetarian dish with lotsa garlic, olive oil, and added in spinach, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and black olives.

Bringing THIS to work tomorrow.

Chicken and Shrimp in Green Curry and Yang Chow Fried Rice for lunch.
