The final dish we had at Miska Cafe, the 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 ($58), was the encore of the concert. All the concert goers were deliriously dancing to the beats, trying to prolong their enjoyment as they knew that this epic night would unfortunately end soon.

The smorgasbord of seafood blew us away. The 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 was fabulously flaky, the 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 marvellously moist, the 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀 captivatingly crunchy and the sublime 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 weren’t rubbery at all. Every component was flawless.

We were impressed with the dishes at Miska and it’s hard to pick a favourite. Both platters obviously stood out for their gargantuan serving size and sheer variety, but in terms of taste and innovation, I’d vote for the Beef Burger Pizza.
