in my opinion, the best prata in Singapore can be found at Mr Mohgan’s Super Crispy Roti Prata. However, it only opens in the morning, and it is located at East Coast. I literally have to make a pilgrimage every time i go there. The west-side alternative to this would thus be Enaq prata, located at Jurong East and Ghim Moh.
The plain prata ($1) looks like a biscuit - shatteringly crisp exterior revealing fluffy, chewy prata. Though it isn’t quite as fragrant as the prata from Mr Mohgan’s, it beats the competition around it for miles (literally). Pair it with their sambal chili for a salty, spicy kick that is hard to beat 🤤
