Saw good reviews and decided to try. Mmmm! The Onglet's texture was so soft and tender. It tasted great on its own but having it with the Borderlaise sauce brought out a different aspect of it. (I really loved the Borderlaise sauce!!)

The Rump was relatively firmer but a great texture for this cut. And the part where there was the teeny bit of fats, was melt in the mouth! 

We finished this perfect meal with the Basque Burnt Cheesecake. Sooo soft, and that part with a bit of oozy cheese made it special.... 

Fat Belly gave me a happy tummy! :p
