The broth is not as oily and heavy, but still very flavourful. My favourite here is the Shio Tonkotsu, and I always order with the full set of toppings. Maybe the only thing that's sort of 'inferior' is the chashu which are a bit tough. If you're up for a challenge, go for the God Fire level 4! I tried a lvl 3 before and my ass was not happy lol #Burpple
