Emmental cheese, button mushroom, cream sauce.

Liked the taste and texture of their buckwheat galette best out of those that I’ve tried here. It was crisp and not too thick. But I’d probably made a poor choice for fillings. It was creamy, a tad salty because of the cheese and cream sauce I guess and left a lingering salty aftertaste. The galettes at the next table looked much nicer than mine. Still prefer crepe to galette.
