No it's grilled garoupa fillet served in stone pot!
The sizzling of the fish and beancurd skin in the stone pot builds up our anticipation for a bite into that garoupa. It definitely didn't disappoint with textures and flavours of the fresh fish accentuated by the light soy based sauce.

One of my favourite dishes in this invited tasting. Though it wasn't compulsory to write a review, the food is worth spending time to share about.
