They were not kidding when they said that premium tiger prawns are used in this claypot, and probably explains the price tag of it. The prawns were so huge that it made us feel full after having it. Slits are also made the body of the prawn to allow the flavor to soak through. The fat and extremely meaty prawns were very enjoyable as the sweetness permeates throughout your mouth as you bite onto it. The sauce is seasoned with spices, ginger, pepper and spring onion that brings out the herb-y yet aromatic flavor, all nicely coated onto the glass noodles! This is good to be shared amongst 4 pax!
