Xing Hua Lou also serves a really delicious lychee pork. We love this sweet tangy dish of juicy tender pork.

To create this dish, crisscut incisions are first made to each piece of lean pork meat. The meat is the deep fried, resulting in the signature curled "lychee" shape. It is then seasoned with tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce, and served with lychee. It is great on its own or over rice!
