This is what my mom would dabao whenever I'm home on weekends , and I never get sick of this for years. This weekend, I went to the market twice to enjoy this delicious hawker dish. Da Bao seems to taste nicer probably because the noodle has soaked with the sauce for some time. Nonetheless, I'm totally satisfied with this plate of goodness! 😍
