I am not a fan of fishball noodles typically. But this bowl of kway teow (you get to choose other types of noodles as well) + 加料 (extra ingredients) is the bomb. The fish balls are fresh and springy. While the prawns are even fresher! The kway teow is a balance of soft and not too soggy. Remember to order a mix of chilli and tomato sauce to enjoy a yummy fusion of spicy and sweet taste.
