Can we have more rice please??🤤

Also known as “Mexican Chicken Rice”, Arroz Con Polo is Mexican spiced rice with grilled chicken topped off with paquillo peppers and crisped up capers. Love, love loved the rice!! It had more of a risotto texture but it was so comforting and yummy we finished it before the chicken. The portion was huge too, makes for a hearty dish that can be shared.
