I had the Tenderloin ($65, 200g) done Medium - 70% red, no blood, very charred, lightly seasoned with olive oil and salt. It was perfectly tender and juicy! My fiancé had his Rib Eye ($68, 300g) in Medium as well. It was done a true medium, his being a thinner cut - 60% pink, almost no red, just the way he likes it.
The Rib Eye is grass fed and very lean, great for the health conscious :)
We also had a side of Mac and Cheese ($16) which was pretty unique, unlike the usual cheddar/mozzarella combi. This one had 5 cheeses. Unfortunately we only had space to taste a mouth each and had to pack the rest. I'm guessing there is just a hint of blue cheese.. or something very sharp? Which gave an interesting dimension to an otherwise very flat dish. The choice of small shells was also thoughtful as each piece was coated abundantly with sauce. Cheese lovers would love this!
