7-course @ $78++ with burpple 1-1.
Taste of quality fine dining at half the price but also with small sharing portions such as pre-snack (2 pax to share 4 sticks, sorry peeps I forgot the name of this dish) as well as satay (1 stick each)

Creme brulee was consider the star of the show with the creamy presence of foie gras yet not overpowering the palate.

Char siew consists of beef ribs & crispy kale was a hit too but wish there were more meat to fat ratio as it gets more chewy as we try to finish it in the end.

Before main course, there was a palate cleanser which came as a nice touch. While the main course is a wagyu mbs7-8 tri-tip with pumpkin. Good sear to the medium rare wagyu but again, 5 thin slice.

Go for burpple 1-1 if you have no idea what to eat but just want to try a variety of dish. Otherwise, they do have mains set meal which I believe is much more worth it. Wouldn't be back with burpple 1-1 but for the mains set, probably yes if my tummy craves. Do make reservations before you go as the place is small, pack within sugarhaus and you might have to wait awhile unless you are willing to take outdoor seats
