Really glad to try a Burmese food as it's rare in Singapore!

This is noodle in coconut soup(homemade by my neighbour's grandma). The spices were extremely mild but it's still delectable due to the coconut milk in the soup.

Minced ckn was ridiculously good, it's mild but the chili used was unlike anything I've had before. The fritter was interesting as well, there's some veg inside(winter melon?) but what's unique was the batter with a refreshing sourness. At first I tot the interior was sour lol

Thank god for a cute Burmese neighbour

Peninsula plaza is the place to visit for authentic Burmese food, they rlly got some bomb gems. His grandma let me try a preserved mango paste bought from peninsula plaza and it's absolutely bomb. Full of savoury flavours, complex aroma and a tinge of sweetness and sourness. Incredible
