Final dinner for this jubilee weekend. We decided to revisit an old haunt that requires 1 hr waiting time. At $30, this steamboat is chockfull of fish and flavour. They stir fry the ingredients pot by pot that's why it takes so long. In the past, I would be studying while waiting.
