It comes in a bowl which is so convenient, simply pour in hot water and it will be ready in 4 minutes, top it off with the crispy fried shallots provided and you will get a bowl of comforting and authentic flavor of Penang-style Har Mee. I loved the broth, it was flavorful and had a well balanced of spiciness and sweetness.
