Everything on this plate was just delicious. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, and what made this cut perfect was that it wasn鈥檛 grainy or feel fibrous or tough at all. If anything, the steak could have used just a bit more pepper. But the sauce was so scrumptious, with a bit of acidity to provide some contrast. The fries were also perfectly fried, and well-seasoned. They were extremely crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. Perfect lunch!
