Because cold days are hotpot days and an all-you-can-eat just makes it better. We refilled our soups, ordered trays upon trays of chicken, beef and pork and mixed a concoction of sauces to go with the platters of fresh ingredients from the counter. The tender meats absorb flavour well, cooking in a swirl. I especially enjoyed the fatty pork mince in the bamboo πŸ™Š Their food is fresh and taste's passable with the right soup bases. It's an affordable solution for massive hunger and protein cravings. We made it just before lunch ended but I guess it takes care of dinner too.
