Don't really eat pig trotter but this was so flavorful in the bee hoon. The braised dark sauce and taste of the trotter was well-absorbed into the bee hoon which makes it so yummy! They also have vegetables and mushrooms in it as well. Almost every strand is clad with it. So good!! Would have been better if this was vinegary. Perfect to order to share with 2 or more people. They're open til late so good to have your supper here too!
