The flesh was delightfully pink and tender and there wasn't any unpleasant fishy stench. Shared this main between another friend and was so surprised when my knife just sliced through effortlessly. Trust me, you could eat this even if you were "bo gey" (no teeth ๐Ÿ˜‚) The salmon also came atop a bed of squid ink pasta which were shaped like grains of rice (I believe its called orzo) which our waitress poured a pot of saffron broth over. It's a really refreshing change from the usual cream/tomato sauce/bases and I felt that it would particularly appeal to those who seek less heavy pasta dishes. The combination also kind of reminded me of the Japanese ochazuke!
