I understand the price point despite it being thrice of standard hawker food- due to the lobster. But that is no excuse for the following aspects of the dish to be bad. The sambal tasted like it was about to be spoiled, the rice has no “lemak” taste, the rice used was basmati(not my personal choice), and to top it off, the lobster wasn’t even cooked well!
I wouldn’t normally write reviews and I’m sorry I have to because I was thoroughly disappointed. Imagine looking so forward to try something new and after reading all the good reviews about it. It wasn’t just ok to get by- it was bad. To have lobster, the nasi lemak has to be good. Unless the point of adding it was to compensate for the poor nasi lemak...
