Made with overnight sourdough focaccia infused with black summer truffle sauce, this 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮 is folded together with mozzarella and provolone cheese. You also get a layer of black truffle paste and sweet caramelised onions that added to the depth of flavour 🖤
