The Sea Salt Caramel cake ($8) at @dalkommsg is certainly a treat for anyone craving sugar. A heart of vanilla chiffon is surrounded by layers of salty-sweet mousse, cream, and a solid layer of caramel. Providing crunch is a cookie base, and pecan nuts are studded all over.
Straight out of the fridge, it is almost like an ice cream cake, but if you like your mousse soft and a little gloopy (in the best possible way), leave the slice to melt a little.
