Fish! I normally cook fish and veggies on a Wednesday and Friday. Diet the hubby, lol! Fry the red tilapia, set aside. Saute onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, add lime juice, a bit of fish sauce, pepper and add water or stock. Add okra and simmer, put your fried tilapia and bokchoy. Cook for 3more min.
