Noodles are perfectly cooked and springy, and coated well with the sauce from the braised pork. The pork itself was soft and tender. Taste wise it was pretty average, and seemed like a more atas version of bak chor mee. Pretty worth it for it's price ($6 + additional $1ish for the egg). We had Burpple Beyond too so it was value for money. 💰
