For those of us who feast with both our eyes and stomach, this is such a lovely presentation .

Sautéed mushrooms topped with sprouts , fresh cherry tomatoes and sautéed brinjal with garlic Served over homemade sourdough which has been toasted to crisp .
The tomatoes would have been better chopped up for a better “ hold” onto the bread .

But other than that , a pretty hearty snack and starter .
