Skeptics rest easy, for I can assure you this tastes exactly like nasi lemak. Each waffle is laced through with grains of coconut rice, peanuts and ikan bilis, yet amazingly manages to avoid being overly stodgy. I recommend coating each piece in the aromatic otah mousse and then slathering on a little sambal chilli for maximum shiokness.

The confit chicken is surprisingly commendable as well, boasting crispy, turmeric stained skin and tender meat that tears apart with ease.
