One of the more popular mains in their omakase set, the Bak Kut Teh Udon was a dish that we highly fancied. The rich, flavourful broth and the silky udon noodles within were a perfect blend.
The dessert that rounded off the meal was the exquisite terrarium-like Mango Panna Cotta. Made up of a variety of ingredients such as Adzuki Beans, Furikake Crumble, Charcoal Sponge, Matcha Powder, Mushroom Meringue and Mango Mousse, it was a sight to behold with a taste to relish
