There were many pieces of pancakes left (of different flavour varieties) at 6pm on Saturday so I really wonder what they do with the remaining pancakes 🤔

Anyhow, since my Hakka Pork Bun took a while to prepare, I got a pancake while waiting (maybe this is their strategy to increase sales). The cashier warmed up my pancake, but I felt that only the exterior warmed up. The filling was still cold, and the skin wasn’t crisp - they should increase the heating time. Despite that, the pancake is still pretty good and I enjoyed it more than those sold at some local chains in Singapore. The filling to pancake ratio is great, as the pancake isn’t too thick. The peanut filling also isn’t too sweet, and there’s a nice balance of creaminess and crunchy peanut bits. Nice snack to grab and go!
