In comparison to the Durian Chee Cheong Fun, the Shrimp version which is served in Hong Kong-style pales in comparison and even probably having a stark contrast with the latter with thick and doughy rice rolls wrapping extremely stiff prawns that were hard to chew on. Perhaps working on a more slurpier and smoother texture for the Chee Cheong Fun and using fresher shrimp would help to make this dish shine.
