Blackboys Cubanos makes their way to SIM University from 16 Nov to 19 Nov 2015. Review: bread was soft even after 15mins of cooling down, with some crispness on the crust still evident. Fillings were adequately balanced, although picked jalapeño dislikers may have to be prepared for the tang of sourness in it. Sadly, no real cheese evident in it, replaced by nacho cheese sauce. Personally think all cubanos should have real grilled cheese in it, melted to semi liquid form, instead of nachos cheese sauce. Personally graded at 4/5.
