Pita was really nice! We added 2 more sets after. It was crisp with a slight char, one of the nicer pitas I’ve had thus far (beats moosehead’s, blu kouzina’s).

Taramosalata is a white cod roe spread - this was amazing, wasn’t fishy at all but you could still tell this was a fish-based spread. We loved this!

Mom liked the fava! It’s a beany spread, so it was more dry comparatively. It’s not heavily seasoned, so it’s great for lighter palates.

The third spread with the long name is a smoky eggplant spread, and it was indeed pretty smoky, but I don’t think we’ll have it again bc it just wasn’t to our preference.
