We had a double scoop today. The earl grey is a classic favourite that mimics exactly a strongly and evenly steeped pot of earl grey with hints of bergamot. Udders featured their new flavour, the salted speculoos. This must be one of my first few speculoos dishes after they started sprouting up everywhere. As a loyal fan of the original lotus biscuits (they are a study must-have), i must say i was very glad with the way this turned out :) its a great translation of the biscuit without being too sweet, and its light texture is paired with crunchy biscuit bits! I think I've found my new udders go-to. (P.S. My friends and I always take advantage of the double/triple scoop prices to save money instead of buying a single scoop each)
